RECURRING RENTALS

*The rental date requested will only be reserved upon receipt of the signed rental agreement and payment in full is received.
*Functions scheduled to continue after 9:00pm or involving alcoholic beverages are required to have security at a cost of $80 plus per hour. You will need to make the arrangements for the guard through the Sherman Police Department. A refundable $200 security deposit will be due for incidentals.
